FuturePlus Computerized Mat Cutter
Cutting Blade: The heart of any mat board cutting machine is the quality and performance of the blade. Future blades are meticulously produced from the finest steel and sharpened to a precisely controlled edge. Blades are inexpensive and will cut up to 80 average openings. Blade changing is fast and simple. Blades can be changed at any time, even during the cutting cycle without exiting the program.
Control Panel: Operating controls are located out of the way and in a convenient location on the left hand side of the machine. Simple, user friendly controls operate cycle start/stop cutting speed and cutter head rotation.
Cutting Head: The machine is equipped with one 45 degree cutting head for the window cut (rectangular and circular) as well as for trimming the mats outside edge. The knife head is fully adjustable for the thickness of the board and depth or v-groove.
User Friendly Software: Virtually unlimited design capability with Windows 95/98 and the CorelDRAW® interface software provided as standard. Design possibilities are limitless, from simple openings with v-grooves to complicated multi-openings of different shapes. Create or import designs or fonts through CorelDRAW®.
Operating software is provided in CD format and offers language selection in English, French, Spanish and Italian. Select metric or inch calibration for your ease of use. Minimal operating skills are required for successful implementation of the software. Free software upgrades as available.
Saving files in Windows format for repeat use dramatically saves set-up time. Auto-centering feature speeds layout of designs. The screen displays the actual appearance of the new or selected file, what you see on the screen is what you get on the board.
