JOINT 5x5 AS is a pneumatic table top frame assembling machine . Operated by a stroke pedal. By pushing the pedal 1/2 way down the frame is clamped, by pushing all the way down, the the vee nail is inserted.  The vee nails can be "stacked".   The machine has an upper clamp and a frontal clamp for holding the frame.  It uses PILM vee nails of height 7/10/15 mm and, on request, 4/12 mm vee nails. It can join frames of 90° angles or 120° (hexagonal) or 135° (octagonal). The machine is equipped with interchangeable clamp fixtures, regulating pressure gage for working pressure control; thickness compensators for 7/10/15 mm staples; Plexiglas protection and safety device for locking-out.
